Vendor setup — register brekfuz once

This is the product owner's one-time step, never a client's. One approval on GitHub creates the brekfuz app; its credentials come straight back here. From then on, every client's onboarding is two clicks: Sign in with GitHub → Install brekfuz. Comments post as brekfuz[bot].
